We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager / Engineer to join our rapidly expanding Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) business. This role will be the technical focal point of the SASE Product Marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create technical sales enablement collateral such as sales presentations, sales guides, and other materials to support the sales process and value proposition.
- Manage and deliver technical training to sales teams across the company, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to sell SASE products effectively.
- Collaborate with sales to identify customer requirements and generate content that addresses their needs and helps drive business.
- Work closely with product management to gain deep technical understanding of the products and their roadmap.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market intelligence.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and conduct C-level meetings.
- Create technical oriented content such as blog posts, white papers, guides, datasheets, presentations, demos and webinars.
- Serve as the go-to-guy within the product marketing team for any technical related needs.
- Connect the dots between product, features and capabilities to create compelling value-driven narratives that will set us apart from the crowd.
- 3+ years of a strong technical background in network security or SSE/SASE products.
- Experience in a field-facing role supporting technical sales processes, as a Sales Engineer, Technical Product Marketing or similar position.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and value-driven manner to a wide range of audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics for a broad audience.
- Experience delivering technical training to sales, customers and partners.
- Hands-on experience in deploying, configuring and managing security products.
- Great interpersonal skills and effective communicator.
- Project management experience.
