Localization Manager

At SeatPick, we’re revolutionizing how people buy tickets to live events worldwide. We help fans find the best seats at the best prices — from Champions League games to sold-out concerts. We’ve built a powerful search engine and now we’re scaling fast across new countries and languages.

As we expand into new markets, localization is mission-critical. That’s where you come in.The RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving Localization Manager to take full ownership of our localization process. You’ll help us sound and feel local in every language — launching our product into new markets with quality, speed, and consistency.

You’ll be the bridge between our content, product, SEO, and translation partners — making sure everything from landing pages to UI strings is on-brand and native for each audience.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage our localization pipeline from the ground up

• Own relationships with freelance translators and localization agencies — at scale

• Prioritize cross-channel tasks and coordinate between stakeholders

• Oversee language quality through QA processes and feedback loops with multi-language freelancers and vendors

• Develop and adapt our brand voice across local markets

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive localized growth

• Align messaging across product, marketing, SEO, and support

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years managing localization projects at scale

• Experience managing remote teams of writers and translators

• Super organized — can juggle multiple languages, markets, and workflows

• Sharp eye for detail and strong language instincts

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a big plus

• Background in SEO and/or content strategy

• Bonus: Experience in ticketing, travel, or e-commerce localization
