Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Studio Manager, located in Rishon LeZion. The Creative Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and creative direction of various projects, leading a team of designers, managing the studio's workflow, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative output. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with marketing and other departments, developing creative concepts, reviewing and approving design work, and maintaining brand consistency across all projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in design and creative direction
• Skills in team leadership and effective project management
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Strong understanding of brand management and marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
