We’re looking for a highly skilled and strategic Principal Technical Data Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our data products. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with data engineering, analytics, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver data-driven products that provide significant business value and empower decision-making across the domain.

As a Principal Technical Data Product, you will serve as the bridge between the data platforms (Data Lake, DWH) and their stakeholders - such as Risk & Compliance, Business, Product - by providing data models and solutions to support the decision-making process and Reporting.

What you’ll be spending your time on: 

• Leading end-to-end data projects to create analytical & data tools and solutions that empower the company.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder needs.
• Act as the main liaison between engineering, analytics, business units, and leadership teams.
• Designs and leads scalable, long-term technical solutions.
• Translate business & technical needs collaborate regularly with various stakeholders and translate business needs to technical data solutions and KPI definition by writing STT to be developed by data engineers.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in managing end to end data projects, including modeling, STT definitions, data streams and solution design
• Excellent verbal and written communication- High English language proficiency
• Experience in Data Warehouse solution design and modeling
• Knowledge in ETL, data streams & pipelines
• Led significant projects that involved various stakeholders
• High level SQL and analytics capabilities
• Working with Cloud Platform, especially with Big Query, DL, etc.
  
  

• Knowledge in front end self-service tools (like: Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Background of KPI definition, building dashboards & converting data into visual insights
