Senior Frontend Developer

Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture and development of a sophisticated, high-efficiency web application utilizing React.js as the cornerstone framework.

- Implement and uphold high coding, testing, and deployment standards, ensuring scalability and sustainability.

- Propel technological advancement by adopting cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and frameworks to sustain a competitive edge.

- Cultivate the team’s technical prowess by mentoring developers and fostering a culture of ongoing learning.

- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to synchronize development with business goals.

- Assure seamless integration with backend systems, leveraging MongoDB, Node.js, and cloud solutions like AWS, GCP, and Azure.

- Must-Have:

 - At least six years of experience as a Team Leader, managing teams of 6+ developers across multiple organizations.

 - Extensive experience in managing remote and on-site teams, ensuring effective collaboration across diverse time zones.

 - Minimum four years of hands-on experience in React.js development, with a comprehensive understanding and mastery of the framework.

 - Proficiency in modern web technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, Sass, HTML5.

 - Expertise in state management frameworks (Redux, Flux) and frontend tooling (Webpack, Git).

 - Experience in performance optimization, testing (Jest, Mocha), and CI/CD pipelines.

 - Proven experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and executing cloud-native architectures.

 - Practical experience with caching and search technologies like Redis and Elasticsearch.

- Advantageous:

 - Experience with React Native for mobile app development.

 - Background in global fintech companies or large-scale online platforms, managing high-availability, high-traffic environments.

 - Experience in regulated financial environments, developing solutions that comply with EU or other financial regulations.
