A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Deputy Lab Manager with expertise in HPLC. The role involves managing an analytical team of approximately 25 analysts, overseeing the execution of validations, and the development of analytical methods. You will collaborate closely with the Analytical Lab Manager, supervise analytical activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage product release for clinical trials. Additionally, the role includes protocol/dossier writing and addressing regulatory inquiries.
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of analytical methods and technologies used in analytical labs.
Experience in method development, testing, and validation in the pharmaceutical industry.
Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field; Master's degree preferred.
Strong proficiency in English.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry labs, GMP environments, and managing teams.
