We're Hiring: BI Developers!

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for talented Business Intelligence (BI) Developers with a strong Front-End orientation and ETL expertise to join us! If you’re passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and working in a dynamic, data-driven environment—this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain data models to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Design and build interactive dashboards and reports based on business logic and user requirements.

Work with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Azure Analysis Services (AAS) to create high-quality BI solutions.

Develop ETL processes using Informatica, Azure Data Factory, and NIFI for real-time and batch data processing.

Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and continuous improvements in BI operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3-5+ years of experience in BI development with expertise in Power BI/ Informatica, SQL, or NIFI.

- Strong experience in DWH environments and data modeling.

- Proven track record in optimizing BI processes and performance tuning.

- Knowledge of data streaming solutions – an advantage.

- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and business understanding.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently & collaboratively.

- Academic degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
