The Technical Manager leads the technical engagement with customers, collaborating closely with internal departments to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to meet customer needs.

- Customer Engagement and Requirements Analysis
- Pre-Sales Technical Authority
- Technical Risks and Opportunities Analysis and Management
- Take part in the LOB strategy definition and execution
- Programs Technical Documentation
- Program Management Support
- System Integration and Deployment
- Collaboration and Coordination
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in technical management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Solid technical background
- RF /Radar knowledge - an advantage
- Technical operational experience
- Strong customer orientation
- Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Team player, capable of leveraging personal soft skills to achieve goals while working with various internal functions.
- Ability to travel abroad.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
