The Marketing Manager will lead Addionics’ global marketing strategy and execution, positioning the company as a world leader in the battery technology industry. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role with responsibilities spanning brand development, product marketing, sales enablement, and thought leadership. The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping Addionics’ market perception and driving growth through innovative and targeted marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Positioning and Branding:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Addionics as a market leader.
• Define and refine the company’s unique value proposition, branding, and messaging, addressing industry pain points and presenting Addionics’ solutions.
• Oversee the creation of cohesive and impactful branding across all touchpoints, ensuring clarity and consistency in market perception.
• Keep positioning Addionics as an industry thought leader through targeted content creation, blogs, and articles.
• Build and execute a long-term SEO strategy
• Strengthen the company’s social media presence, set follower growth targets, and engage internal thought leaders in content creation.
• Plan and execute exclusive events and conferences to showcase Addionics’ expertise and engage high-value prospects.

Sales Enablement:

• Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads through participation in conferences, industry events, and other targeted channels.
• Sales Collateral: Create and maintain a comprehensive library of sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, videos, and presentations, tailored to specific industries and client needs.
• Onboarding and Training: Design onboarding and training programs for new sales team members, ensuring they have the tools, materials, and knowledge to effectively represent Addionics.
• Conference Integration: Collaborate closely with the BD team to align conference participation with sales objectives. Equip sales teams with tailored materials and pitches to maximize opportunities at these events.

Internal and External Collaboration:

• Work closely with the CEO, Sales, and Business Development teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to integrate feedback into marketing strategies and ensure product messaging aligns with market needs.
• Engage with investors and industry stakeholders through impactful presentations and content that highlight Addionics’ market leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role,5-7 years of relevant experience preferably in a technology or energy-related industry.
• Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Expertise in branding, product marketing, and sales enablement.
• Hand-on experience with SEO, social media, content creation, and event management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage with technical and commercial teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
