Infrastructure Manager

Responsible for managing Service Delivery operations and Team management. He/She is responsible for delivering customer facing as well as Organization facing KPIs. He/She is responsible for ensuring own/teams deliverable are not adversely impacting other business areas.

Managing Infrastructure operations, Meeting Delivery KPIs, Ensuring Customer/ Client satisfaction, Preparing new business initiatives, Vendor Management, Operation compliance and Audit requirements

Requirements:

12-15 Years experience in Infra Operations

Very good understanding of DC operations and technologies

Excellent communication, Vendor Management

Decision Making & hosting Client CXO level discussions.
