🎯 About the Role

We are seeking a VP of Program Management to join the company's executive team and lead engineering and development projects – from definition to delivery.

This role encompasses cross-organizational responsibility for complex engineering programs, diverse work interfaces, and the leadership of multidisciplinary professional teams.

📌 Key Responsibilities

✅ End-to-end management and oversight of complex engineering programs – including responsibility for timelines, budgets, resources, and meeting customer objectives.

✅ Leading prototypes and demonstrations with clients in Israel and abroad, in close collaboration with the sales and marketing team.

✅ Coordinating between engineering, customers, and technology partners.

✅ Monitoring and ensuring adherence to schedules and customer requirements in engineering program management.

🧩 Position Requirements

✔ Proven experience of at least 8 years managing and overseeing engineering development programs within the defense industry.

✔ Strong technological background and the ability to work closely with development, engineering, and infrastructure teams.

✔ Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and make decisions under uncertainty.

✔ Experience working with government and defense customers, both in Israel and internationally.

✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSc) – a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage.
