We are a leading Hi-Tech company in Tel Aviv, specializing in B2B financial services within the fintech sector. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead React.js Developer to lead a team of skilled developers and UX designers in developing, optimizing, and maintaining a sophisticated web application.

Responsibilities

Architect & Develop – Lead the design and development of a complex, high-performance web application using React.js.

Best Practices & Quality – Establish and enforce coding, testing, and deployment best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Innovation & Strategy – Drive technological advancements by integrating new tools, methodologies, and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.

Team Leadership & Mentorship – Oversee the team’s technical growth, mentor developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with international teams and stakeholders to align development with business objectives.

System Integration – Ensure seamless integration with backend systems, including MongoDB, Node.js, and cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Requirements

6+ years of experience as a Team Leader, managing teams of at least 6 developers across multiple companies.

Proven ability to lead distributed teams both locally and internationally.

Strong technical expertise in React.js and modern frontend technologies.

Experience in building scalable, high-performance applications.

Deep understanding of backend integration and cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation.
