Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager / Salesforce Administrator to oversee the management, optimization, and strategic use of our CRM system. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our Salesforce platform aligns with business goals, supports sales and customer service teams, and enhances overall customer experience. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and business-savvy, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. This position will manage projects from many stakeholders but report directly within the CX team.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM/ CX systems tools Administration & Optimization
- Administer, configure, implement, and maintain Salesforce (or other CRM/service platforms) to ensure system integrity, security, and functionality.
- Manage, characterize, plan, & execute all projects pertaining to CRM and integrations within the business framework.
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Oversee system integrations with all other business units tools and third-party applications.
- Ensure data cleanliness, de-duplication, and best practices for data management.
- Act as the primary CRM subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
- Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Salesforce support when necessary.
- Monitor CRM/system tools usage and provide recommendations for improved adoption and utilization.
- Manage security settings and responsible for all security and data compliances pertaining to the CRM/CX tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or CRM Manager.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred) with in depth knowledge of configuration & customization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data structures, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Apex triggers, etc.).
- Experience with CRM integrations, data management, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of/ experience managing customer service platforms like Zendesk or Intercom. (preferred)
