Clinical Project Manager (CPM) – Pharmaceutical Company (3353)

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to lead and oversee clinical trials both locally and internationally. This role is critical to the successful development of innovative pharmaceutical products, requiring expertise in trial management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical trials across Phases 1–3, both domestically and internationally.
• Select and oversee Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and vendors, including investigational product depots, central assessments, data management, laboratories, and statistical teams.
• Develop the infrastructure required for the execution of clinical trials.
• Plan and coordinate trial site setup, patient recruitment, data collection, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Provide proactive oversight to ensure trials are conducted according to protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage trial budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, R&D, and Manufacturing.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and global regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical trials within pharmaceutical companies.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Project Manager overseeing both local and international trials.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a scientific discipline (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine).
• Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines, regulatory compliance, and clinical trial operations.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
