The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers with Comsec’s services. The CSM is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering feedback, and proactively addressing potential concerns to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this role is Customer Success (CS), but the position also includes additional diverse responsibilities such as marketing, SDR (Sales Development Representative) activities, and more. This dynamic role offers a variety of tasks and the opportunity to influence multiple areas of the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Monitor customer experience by collecting feedback through surveys, meetings, and calls, covering the entire customer journey—from sales and project management to service delivery and consultant professionalism.
- Actively participate in regular meetings with key accounts to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify at-risk customers and proactively propose solutions to address concerns and prevent dissatisfaction.
- Proactively engage with customers who have discontinued their business with the company, gain insights into their reasons, and explore opportunities to restore the partnership.
- Collaborate with internal teams (PMO, Sales, and others) to improve internal processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field is a plus.
