Security Clearance: Valid Civilian Security Clearance Level 3 Required

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Observability Engineer to join a highly secure environment. This role involves monitoring system development, research, and implementation of observability solutions.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in monitoring system development, research, and implementation of observability/infrastructure solutions.
Experience working with SIEM systems (not mandatory).
Strong documentation skills, including writing technical documents and project requirements.
Deep understanding of IT technologies, with a focus on protocols, processes, and management tools.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, IBM Netcool, Prometheus, Grafana.
Experience working with Kubernetes (K8s) and OpenShift.
Proficiency in coding and experience building large-scale monitoring systems (advantage).
Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) – advantage.
Relevant academic degree – advantage.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH – advantage.
Familiarity with Incident Response (IR), Windows Internals, and Malware Analysis – advantage.
