Product Manager

One of our clients, a cutting-edge cybersecurity company, is looking to hire a Product Manager in the cyber domain. This company specializes in optimizing existing security infrastructures by leveraging automation, threat intelligence, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Their mission is to enhance organizational cyber resilience without adding unnecessary complexity.

Role Overview:

The Product Manager will lead the product development lifecycle end-to-end – from defining vision and strategy, analyzing market needs, and understanding customer pain points, to launching the product and tracking performance metrics.

Professional Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in product management or a similar role within cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: SIEM, EASM, CTEM, Threat Intelligence.
• Experience working closely with cybersecurity engineers is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record managing the full product lifecycle.
• Solid grasp of UX/UI principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic Agile environment.
• Relevant academic background (Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or other tech-related field).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
• Translate business and technical needs into clear product requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact.
• Work closely with development and design teams to guide product development and launches.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product decisions.
• Analyze KPIs and continuously optimize user experience.
• Act as a product ambassador internally and externally.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership.
