Audio Labeling Specialist - Part Time Short Term Project

Join Eleos Health for a short-term, high-impact opportunity where you'll record and label mock therapy sessions to help us train our AI. If you're a psych or social work student (or graduate), this is your chance to apply your skills in a fast-moving startup environment that’s changing how behavioral health care is delivered.

Help us create and tag audio recordings of role-played therapy sessions. Your work will directly power our audio AI technology, helping mental health professionals spend more time with their clients and less time on paperwork.

• Start Date: April
• Time Commitment: ~15 hours per week
• Work Model: Hybrid, with mandatory in-office Sundays & Thursdays for the first 4 weeks

What You’ll Do:

• Record mock therapy sessions with peers (scripted or improvised)
• Label and annotate audio sessions with key clinical insights
• Ensure the data is high-quality, consistent, and useful for training AI models.

Who You Are:

• Student or graduate in Psychology, Social Work, or another social science field
• CBT fundamentals
• Fluent in English – Spanish is a bonus.
• Comfortable speaking and writing about therapy-related topics
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Available to work from our Tel Aviv office on Sundays and Thursdays
