We are seeking a talented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our company based in Yokneam.

Job Description:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for:

• Managing the company's finance department
• Overseeing investor relations and business development
• Developing and implementing broad strategic vision for international expansion
• Communicating fluently in English with international stakeholders
• Leveraging experience in public companies to guide financial decisions
• Managing remote teams and coordinating with overseas departments
• Overseeing substantial budgets (in the multi-million dollar range)

Job Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 5-7 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• Experience with global and public companies
• Experience working in public companies traded on NASDAQ
• Excellent English skills
• Proven track record in managing investor relations
• Strong business orientation
• Ability to lead and drive financial strategies
• Experience in expansion and growth strategies
• Willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
