Paid Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Paid Acquisition Specialist to manage and optimize Google Search campaigns as the primary focus, followed by Google Display, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on performance marketer who thrives on data-driven decision-making, continuous experimentation, and aggressive optimization to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage Google Search Ads campaigns and full funnels, optimizing for high-intent, high-conversion traffic.
• Scale Google Display and YouTube campaigns, ensuring a performance-driven approach with clear ROI.
• Strategically expand paid acquisition efforts across other platforms as secondary channels.
• Continuously optimize keyword targeting, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  
  

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) with a budget of over $100K per month.
• Strong expertise in keyword strategy, audience targeting, bid optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis.
• Familiarity with landing page testing, CRO principles, and marketing automation.
