Job Summary:

• A global pharma company is looking for an MSL in the field of diabetes with previous experience in the role.

1. Location: The role is 80% field work throughout Israel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge in the field through active monitoring of scientific literature, congress participation and frequent interactions with key external experts (KEE).
• Building relationships with expert physicians and public opinion leaders, to develop advocacy and understanding of therapeutic needs.
• Answering medical questions through the medical information platform.
• Training sales representatives by providing in-depth information on diseases and treatments when needed.
• Supporting clinical operations in site selection for clinical studies.
• Building scientific partnerships with key external experts (KEE) and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicating with MSLs from other countries to improve work processes.
• Participation in international and national scientific and medical congresses.
• Working in strategic partnership with the marketing department.

Requirements:

• MD/PharmD/PhD/DVM degree – required
• Previous experience as an MSL – required
• High-level English – required
• Ability to thoroughly understand scientific articles and materials
• Ability to lead processes and projects
• High presentation skills
• Good interpersonal interaction and ability to create and establish relationships with opinion leaders
• Ability to work with different interfaces Good interpersonal interaction
• Training ability
• Willingness to work in the field throughout the country
• Willingness to work flexible hours
