Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Raanana. In this full-time, on-site role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—ensuring our products not only meet market demands but also set new industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft exceptional user experiences and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.
• Define clear product requirements and specifications based on market research and user feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, UI/UX, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product execution.
• Analyze product performance and user metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features in alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in or good understanding of the financial markets - a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and agile methodologies.
• A passion for innovation and a keen understanding of market trends and user needs.
