We are seeking a qualified Sourcing Manager to join our team and help drive efficiency and

cost-effectiveness in our procurement and supply chain operations.

Job Summary:

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing

suppliers to support the company’s procurement strategy. This role requires strong

negotiation skills, market intelligence, and experience in supplier relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be results-driven, and capable of

managing sourcing activities across multiple categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Identify and qualify new suppliers; manage RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.

• Analyze market trends and risks to optimize sourcing decisions.

• Manage vendor relationships, performance, and compliance with quality and service

standards.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, product

development) to understand sourcing needs and timelines.

• Track key metrics such as cost savings, lead times, and supplier performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes to drive efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related

field (Master’s or certification such as CPSM is a plus).

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing or

distribution environment.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficient in sourcing software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced

environment.

• Knowledge of contract law, supplier management, and cost analysis.
