join a small and expanding startup with deployed products, helping mitigate threats through innovative real-time signal and image processing. Work on embedded and user space networking protocols with a group of highly talented software and algorithm engineers developing cutting edge implementations of novel technologies. Looking for a skilled hands-on algorithms and software engineer to combine technical know-how with proven managerial skills to initiate new developments while helping to mitigate design risks. You will break down high level requirements to manageable tasks and assess development hurdles. Work together with cto, customers and potential overseas prospects to assess market needs

Skills and Qualifications

A hands-on experienced electrical, software or systems engineering from an accredited university (M.Sc. or Ph.D.)

Highly adept in signal processing and high-level architecture.

5+ years' experience in managing software and AI algorithm engineers with agile development.

5+ years proficiency in programming languages: Python, C++ and various linux embedded platforms.

Agile, multi-threading experience

Experience using classification techniques with machine learning and deep learning to enhance signal detection and computer vision
