We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Development Team Lead to guide our development team and contribute to the advancement of the company’s digital platforms.

Job Description:

•⁠ ⁠Lead a development team, including task management and coordination with product and infrastructure teams.

•⁠ ⁠Plan and develop new systems and enhance existing ones using technologies such as Python, Angular/React, MySQL, Azure.

•⁠ ⁠Work in a dynamic and challenging environment with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on development is an integral part of the role – technical leadership alongside team management.

•⁠ ⁠Solve complex problems, make technological decisions, and mentor developers.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with various departments (Marketing, Data, Product) to continuously improve digital products.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠5+ years of development experience with Python, Angular/React, MySQL, Azure,.

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience managing development teams, including technical leadership and mentoring.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with business understanding and attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with digital advertising systems / Online Ads / Affiliate Marketing – an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

•⁠ ⁠Creative thinking and ability to solve complex problems independently.
