Reconciliation Bookkeeper

We are looking for a Bookkeeper specializing in multi-currency bank reconciliations. This role is within a dynamic and innovative fintech company that values employees with a proactive mindset, initiative, creativity, and a passion for shared success. The position is part of the Finance Department, reporting directly to the VP of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Multi-currency bank reconciliations
• Ongoing communication with banks
• Invoice creation in the system
• Process improvement and automation, including automating reconciliation processes
• Managing and monitoring multi-currency cash flow
• Reviewing and controlling journal entries
• Identifying transaction errors and resolving discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bookkeeping certification Level 1+2 – Mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in bank reconciliations (multi-currency – EUR, USD, etc.) – Mandatory
• Background in financial institutions – Advantage
• Knowledge of Hashavshevet – Advantage
• High-level English – Advantage
• Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative
• Strong self-learning skills
