About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented and driven Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. In this position, you’ll:

• Oversee all database operations, including planning, designing, and building advanced data models.

• Ensure high availability and peak performance of data systems for all users.

• Provide technical expertise to development teams, with opportunities to step into a senior DBA or leadership role.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in database administration.

• Education (one of the following):

◦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or

◦ Any Bachelor’s degree plus a professional course in computerized information systems (minimum 300 hours), or

◦ Technician/Engineer diploma in Computers or Technology, or

◦ Advanced courses in information systems (minimum 400 hours), or

◦ Graduate of an IDF technological unit (e.g., Mamram, 8200, Tikshuv, or equivalent) with relevant experience and certification.

• Additional Requirements:

◦ Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to isolated work environments.

◦ Preparedness to address technical questions during the interview process.
