Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are an early-stage B2B SaaS startup currently operating in stealth.

The company is focused on addressing operational inefficiencies in multi-party business interactions.

We’re post-validation and pre-product, assembling a founding team to lead the development of a scalable platform.

This role is an opportunity to join at the earliest stage and take full ownership of the technical direction.

Role Description

We're looking for a senior engineer to lead the development of our initial MVP.

This is a freelance/contract role, but we’re open to transitioning into a technical co-founder position based on mutual fit and collaboration.

You’ll work directly with the founder, own the tech stack, and shape the architecture of a cross-platform application.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the MVP from the ground up (backend + frontend)
• Build a cross-platform application (desktop and mobile) using modern frameworks
• Develop multi-tenant architecture and role-based access control
• Integrate with third-party platforms using OAuth and webhooks
• Implement real-time communication features
• Manage infrastructure, deployment, and release processes
• Contribute to product architecture, UX, and long-term scalability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development
• Proven ability to deliver full MVPs independently (backend, frontend, and deployment)
• Experience building cross-platform applications (desktop and mobile)
• Solid understanding of authentication, user roles, and multi-tenant systems
• Experience with real-time features (e.g. WebSockets or Firebase Realtime)
• Comfortable integrating third-party APIs (OAuth-based, e.g. Slack)
• Strong with modern frameworks (e.g. React, React Native, Electron)
• Familiar with cloud databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase)
• Able to manage basic infrastructure and deployment
