💼 Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming leads, including initial responses, sales calls, and assessing relevance
- Managing ongoing follow-ups and scheduling meetings with potential clients
- Advancing opportunities in the sales funnel according to stage and level of interest
- Creating new opportunities with cold leads and additional potential clients
- Conducting calls with existing clients to expand licensing and deepen product usage
- Connecting with similar clients, based on existing segments, to identify business potential
- Providing regular reports to the marketing department to coordinate and streamline the process
- Daily management of the CRM and related tasks, including documentation, monitoring, and control

🎯 Job requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, lead development, or a similar role – required
- Significant advantage for experience in B2B sales or familiarity with the automation and digital fields
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high proficiency in both Hebrew and English
- Ability to initiate professional conversations with clients
- A hunger for success, results-oriented mindset, and openness to learning and professional development
