About The Position

We are looking for a creative UX/UI Product Designer to help shape and craft a product that's simple and intuitive. You will design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations – from early prototypes to final implementation and you will also contribute to the development of our product style guidelines and design system.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key team member, and participate in every phase of the process, from strategy to research to design, alongside product managers and engineering leads
• Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production
• Focus on user experience using A/B tests and live results
• Collaborate with the product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience with high-end look and feel
• Assist on design in ad-hoc projects with various stakeholders in the company, such as marketing and sales material, brand tone, and other tasks as they come along
• Plan and conduct customer interactions, including interviews, user research, and usability testing. Synthesize research and develop new insights, reframe problems, and provide recommendations for innovative solutions
  
  

• 3+ years of experience working on the full cycle of user-oriented digital products - from research through prototyping to design & usability testing - preferably from a SaaS/Fintech/Payment company
• Strong, demonstrated understanding of UX patterns, recent UI trends as well as a good eye for details
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools
• Ability to understand and translate high-level business concepts and product vision into your work with all stakeholders
• Proven experience designing a complex system/platform
• You have experience collaborating closely with R&D
• You have a positive attitude and great social skills with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team
• You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• You have a high level of written and spoken English
