Senior System Engineer

System Engineering –

We are looking for a System Engineer to lead the design and development of a complex Command and Control system involving algorithm development, software, hardware, and multidisciplinary interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Define system requirements, perform system architecture planning, and manage the full development lifecycle

Lead verification and validation (V&V) processes

Work closely with software, hardware, and multidisciplinary engineering teams

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and implementation

Work under Ian's management and serve as a technical authority in the field

Requirements:

✔️ B.Sc. in Engineering (Software Engineering / Computer Science preferred)

✔️ Experience in System-of-Systems projects

✔️ Hands-on experience in system development

✔️ Strong technical understanding of modern architectures and technologies

✔️ Background in software and hardware development processes

✔️ Proven experience in defining and managing multidisciplinary system requirements

✔️ Expertise in hardware, network switches, and computing systems

✔️ Advantage for candidates with experience in electrical/electronics engineering and mechanical understanding

📍 Location: Northern Israel
