Position: Senior Web Architect

About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a Senior Web Architect to steer our technological vision and innovation

What You'll Do:

- Lead and mentor a skilled frontend team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth. 💡

- Drive the development and optimization of complex web applications using React.js for stellar user experiences.

- Seamlessly collaborate with backend maestros using Node.js, MongoDB, Kubernetes, and more. 🛠️

- Stay at the forefront of technology, integrating emerging trends to maintain our competitive edge.

- Align tech initiatives with our global business objectives through strategic collaboration.

Your Skillset:

- 5+ years in frontend development with expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JS (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Sass.

- Proficiency in state management (Redux, Flux) and modern tooling (Webpack, Babel).

- Mastery in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.

- Strong abilities in performance optimization, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and integration of frontend-backend systems.

- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with a history of guiding development teams.

Bonus Points:

- Experience in fintech or with high-traffic environments.

- Familiarity with React Native, financial compliance standards, and mobile development.
