Our Strategy Realization Division is looking for a highly motivated PMO to join our Organizational Excellence & PMO team, collaborating with Project managers & PMO's functions in Maytronics.
DESCRIPTION
The PMO will oversee projects across the organization, focusing on gathering and analyzing project data from various divisions to present to global management.
This role involves collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing strategic direction, and implementing project management best practices.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing complex projects in a global environment without direct authority over project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement project management strategies and processes.
· Collaborate with project managers across different divisions to gather and analyze project data.
· Efficient utilization of the resources and help the business in achieving strategic objectives.
· Influence and manage without direct authority by building strong relationships and effective communication channels.
- Establishes a project governance framework to have a structured approach to govern the projects while ensuring:
- Projects are staying within the planned time and budget.
- Enterprise resources and utilized in the most efficient manner
- Control ongoing risk assessment and mitigation across all projects
- Provide Management Reports
- Responsible for centralizing information and delivering it to the right stakeholders.
- Ensure projects Prioritize as per Strategic Business Objectives
- Ensure that the programs and portfolios are aligned to operational and strategic objectives and business goals including Design and track various KPIs.
· Bridges over organizational silos
· Making sure existence of resource capacity visibility & availability for all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business administration or a related field.
- A PMP certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years' experience in project management, preferably in a global and multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong Leadership Skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent Communication Skills (HE+EN), both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to senior management effectively.
- Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present project data effectively.
- Experience working with project management software and tools (Preferably Asana).
