Billing Accuracy and Logistics Data Analysis- Maternity leave replacement

The SolarEdge logistics team is responsible for the global distribution and storage of Solar Edge products. The team handles a high volume of deliveries from multiple suppliers to multiple destinations worldwide while ensuring goods are delivered on time and at a competitive cost. The team continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction, processes, prices, and transit time.

• Vendors Billing approval- Control logistics vendor's invoices according to authorized quotations
• Approve, reject, and clarify open billing issues
• Budget Control- Budget allocation according to finance guidelines
• Finance - manage a coordinated process of invoices and accruals registration
• Price list- Responsible for maintaining an accurate price list according to logistics vendors' quotations
• TMS system Administrator (Enfopack)- Ensure Enfopack appropriately manages all shipping information
• BI: Maintain BI matrix data to ensure precise freight cost forecast at any point in time
  
  

• Graduated or 4-year student who is available for full time position
• Excel -high skill level. Familiar with functions, database analysis
• Fluent English
