Economist / FP&A Business Partner

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On 

• Working with a diverse range of startups across various sectors, including Agritech, Cybersecurity, SaaS , BioTech, and other innovative fields, as well as large international companies.

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Conducted rolling forecasts and led budget planning and expense analysis.

• Participation in cross-company projects.

• Business Partnering: Collaborate with different teams, providing financial insights, budget control, and decision support.

• Establish complex financial modeling, providing value-added insights to support business decisions 

• Prepare financial reports to senior management, including monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis as needed. 

•  Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards

• Assist with the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy 

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize BI tools to extract insights and improve financial efficiency

Qualifications 

• At least 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis/ as an economist. 
• Bachelor's degree in economics/ accounting/ business management. 
• The ability to evaluate workload and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.  
• Oral and written English communication skills. 
• ️Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations 
• Highly organized individual 
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
