We are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team and contribute to the UX and UI design across key areas of our product. We're searching for a talented designer who is curious, collaborative, empathetic, and eager to make a real impact. Someone who loves great design, but prioritizes user experience above all. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft thoughtful and user-centered solutions in a complex, fast-moving industry ready for disruption.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design end-to-end product experiences, from initial concepts to final UI.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into elegant, practical design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma and Miro.
• Help maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability across the product.
• Participate in user research activities and apply insights to your design process.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive design culture, giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product design, working on complex B2B or professional tools – must.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms – must.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and Miro – must.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English – must.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, preferably in SaaS or tech startups – advantage.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design – advantage.
• A self-starter, team player, and passionate about solving real user problems through design.
• Experience in construction tech or companies using AI – advantage.
