Technology Talent Acquisition specialist- Position No. 1375

What will your Every-day look like?

• Joining a professional recruitment team and managing end-to-end technology recruitment processes.
• Posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, administering assessment tests, performing reference checks, and accompanying candidates through the hiring process.
• Analyzing assessment test results and writing integrative evaluation reports.
• Conducting sourcing activities on social networks (with a focus on LinkedIn), creating technology communities, and developing effective networking.
• Managing multiple work interfaces, including hiring managers, indirect managers, HRBPs, and the recruitment team.
• Full-time position, five days a week, nine hours per day, with the option to work remotely one day per week after your learning process.

We would love it if you would bring:

• Relevant academic degree (e.g., Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources) – Mandatory.
• Approximately two years of experience in technological recruitment (including experience in placement agencies or software companies) – Mandatory.
• Full proficiency in advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) – Mandatory.
• Deep technological understanding – familiarity with programming languages, technologies, work methodologies, and development processes across various platforms – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with the Adam HR system – Strong Advantage.
