Salesforce Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Salesforce solutions in alignment with business needs.
• Configure and manage user permissions, profiles, and security hierarchies.
• Manage objects, create custom fields, validation rules, and define object dependencies.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to support organizational decision-making.
• Create and manage Flows, Validation Rules, and automation processes.
• Work with Salesforce portals (Experience Cloud, Community Cloud).
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Train end users and create instructional documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Apply problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to optimize processes.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of user management, including permissions, profiles, and security settings.
• Hands-on experience in object management, including creating custom fields, validation rules, and object relationships.
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Proficiency in Flow, Validation Rules, and process automation.
• Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce portals (Experience Cloud, Community Cloud).
• Familiarity with CRM concepts and business process workflows.
• Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in user training and writing instructional materials.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.

Advantages:

• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, or SOQL.
• Experience working with Health Cloud.
