Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and experienced FP&A Analyst looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Join our global fast fashion brand to drive financial insights, optimize business operations, and support strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do:

• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to support business decisions.
• Cost Modeling: Develop and maintain cost structure models to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiencies.
• Forecasting: Build financial forecasts and perform economic analysis, and implement forecasting tools and automation initiatives.
• Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate business initiatives and assess financial feasibility.
• Profitability Analysis: Perform a detailed profitability analysis across products, services, customer segments, or business units. Identify key drivers of margin performance.
• KPI Management: Define, track, and report on KPIs to monitor financial and operational health. Develop dashboards and scorecards to provide real-time visibility into business performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience in financial analysis, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce companies.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
• Language Skills: High-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Analytical Skills: proficiency in complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, dynamic charts. (SQL, Power Query, or Alteryx is a plus)
• Technical Skills: Excellent Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
