Job Title: Systems Manager - Dynamics 365 & Salesforce

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Infrastructure Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Salesforce platforms. This role involves guiding development teams, implementation teams, and system analysts, and includes interfaces with parallel infrastructure and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the integration and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Salesforce infrastructures.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless implementation and performance.
• Ensure proper integration and functioning of Microsoft CRM and Salesforce systems within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth experience with Microsoft CRM & Dynamics 365 (5 years of experience).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce infrastructure (preferred).
• Familiarity with Azure infrastructure, including KV, FunctionApp, AppInsight, API Management, and authentication methods.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD process setup.
• Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures, including AD, IIS, SQL, and working with SSL certificates.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
• Availability to work during off-hours (such as for version upgrades).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a Systems Administrator in a large organization (5+ years of experience).
• Understanding of web systems in On-Premises infrastructures.
• Knowledge of communication and information security processes.

Personal Characteristics:

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and process management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
