VP R&D

We're hiring a VP R&D – hands-on leadership in a boutique dev company

We’re looking for an exceptional VP R&D (Hands-on) to join our boutique software development company based in Ramat Gan (1 day WFH, next to the train).

We’re not a startup – but a small, well-established, tech-driven company delivering long-term development projects for respected clients in industries like finance, healthcare, and government.

In this role you will:

Lead a strong team of ~13 in-house developers

Be deeply involved in coding (~70% hands-on)

Own architecture, delivery, and technical direction

Work closely with clients on meaningful, high-impact systems

Python | REST APIs | Docker | PostgreSQL | Redis | Azure | Vue.js | Flutter
