VP R&D – Hands-on Leadership Role in a Smart Project-Based Dev Company

We're hiring a Hands-on VP R&D to lead development in a boutique software company that specializes in building high-impact solutions for enterprise clients across multiple industries.

Located in Ramat Gan (next to the train, 1 day WFH), we combine the agility of a startup with the maturity of a decade-long proven delivery.

We develop end-to-end systems for clients in finance, healthcare, government, and more – using modern technologies and a strong engineering mindset.

In this role you’ll:

• Lead a team of ~13 developers (all in-house)
• Stay hands-on (~70%) in Python-based backend development
• Own architecture, mentoring, delivery and client interaction
