We seek a strategic, creative, and results-driven Brand Marketing Associate Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate our SodaStream brand in the appliances category. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Insights, Digital, etc.) to implement marketing campaigns, grow brand awareness, and enhance customer loyalty.

This role reports to the Appliances Global Category Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute brand strategies for the appliances category, aligning with business goals and customer insights.
• Manage brand positioning, identity, and consistency across all touchpoints and marketing channels with a strong focus on E-commerce (D2C and Amazon).
• Plan, execute, and measured integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, content marketing, and events) to drive brand growth and product awareness.
• Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to create compelling messaging, content, and visuals.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, consumer insights, and feedback.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, trends, and the competitive landscape within the appliances industry.
• Leverage customer data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and product development.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives.
• Utilize data to continuously refine marketing strategies, optimize spending, and improve ROI.
• Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of brand marketing experience, with a strong background in consumer goods, home goods, or Agency.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer insights, and market research.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent English. (Native speakers, advantage)
