Job Description:
- Managing user accounts in the organization's systems.
- Defining access permissions according to organizational policies.
- Conducting periodic reviews of access permissions.
- Handling user requests for new account creation or modification of existing permissions.
- Working closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in identity and access management in large organizations, including experience with IDM systems.
- Mandatory experience and proficiency in managing Active Directory (user management, group management, network folder management).
- Ability to define and manage access permissions in accordance with organizational policies, including performing periodic access reviews and identifying anomalies.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issues related to identity and access management.
- Teamwork skills and good interpersonal communication.
- Information security certification – an advantage
