Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual closing processes.
• Support the preparation of annual financial statements and tax reporting.
• Manage revenue recognition, invoicing, and collections while working closely with the Sales Operations team.
• Assist in preparing the company’s annual budget and the Budget vs. Actual analysis process.
• Oversee cash flow forecasts and bank account activities to ensure proper liquidity management.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, including balances and transactions.
• Support SOX-related tests and activities.
• Prepare various financial analyses and support other projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain strong organizational support, excellent working relationships, and high service levels.

Requirements:

• CPA from a Big 4 firm – a must
• Internship in high-tech division - advantage
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• High proficiency in English – a must
