Senior Product Manager

Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical and strategic mindset to drive the evolution of Meltwater’s influencer marketing platform. This platform powers the influencer discovery, vetting, activation, CRM, and reporting tools used by top brands and marketing agencies to run high-impact influencer marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will own key product areas, from optimizing influencer search and vetting capabilities to enhancing campaign execution and performance measurement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and effective workflows that help brands and agencies maximize their influencer marketing efforts.

What you will own:

Influencer Discovery & Vetting:

• Enhance search and filtering capabilities to help customers find the most relevant influencers.
• Develop AI-driven recommendation systems to surface high-fit influencers based on campaign goals and historical performance.
• Improve our influencer profile page to help customers make the right decisions when vetting influencers.
  
  

Campaign Activation & Management:

• Develop a messaging module to enable smooth conversions between marketing teams and the influencers they collaborate with
• Improve campaign setup and workflow automation to enable seamless collaboration between brands, agencies, and influencers.
• Optimize briefing, negotiation, and contract management features to simplify influencer onboarding.
  
  

Influencer CRM & Relationship Management:

• Develop tools to track and manage long-term influencer relationships.
• Enhance CRM functionalities to provide brands and agencies with actionable insights into past collaborations and performance.
  
  

Performance Measurement & Reporting:

• Evolve campaign analytics and reporting dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights
• Identify new ways to visualize influencer performance, audience engagement, and ROI.
• Build integrations that allow customers to connect influencer data with their broader marketing analytics.
  
  

Seamless Cross-Module Workflows:

• Ensure smooth transitions between discovery, activation, and reporting to create a frictionless experience.
• Drive alignment between platform modules to support end-to-end influencer marketing strategies.
• Leverage AI and automation to eliminate manual tasks and improve campaign efficiency.
  
  

What you will do:

Strategic Product Leadership:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Support, to ensure that our influencer marketing initiatives align with customer needs and business priorities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged in ongoing projects and future developments.
• Define, as part of Meltwater’s planning process, quarterly product roadmaps on which you will execute together with the UX and development teams
  
  

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Product Management, Business, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with expertise in managing a B2B SaaS platform designed for enterprise organizations
• Proven ability to define and drive strategic initiatives that impact usability and accessibility of data and insights
• Experience working with product usage analytics and platform metrics to assess and improve product success and to address gaps
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
