Software Quality Engineering Internship - Migration Toolkit for Application (Raanana, Israel)

Job Summary

The Red Hat Migration Toolkit for Applications (MTA) team is looking for a highly motivated student who can join us in the Raanana office and who wants to gain hands-on experience with open source and Red Hat products.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Develop test automation against a matrix of LLMs to gauge base value for code generation.
• Work with upstream Konveyor community
• Build product demos and automation workflows
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience in development in Python, or Go
• Familiarity with AI/ML.
• Interest in learning new technologies; problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be enrolled in an accredited university program in Israel during the whole duration of the internship and eligible to begin a full-time role in 2026 or 2027
• Must be available for the internship from May 2025 till April 2026
  
  

The Following Are Considered a Plus

• Experience programming in Java
• Knowledge of containers and OpenShift or Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Previous code contributions to or participation in open source projects or code samples on GitHub.
• Understanding of fundamental AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (e.g. OpenDataHub, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kueue, KubeRay, KubeFlow, CodeFlare, Feast etc)
• Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) infrastructure
