Product Marketing Manager - ecommerce

Particle is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce company dedicated to delivering exceptional products to our customers. As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of product launches, funnel optimizations, and customer experience enhancements to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Testing & Launch
- Identify new product opportunities and conduct market research to validate product concepts.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with the brand vision and business goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to optimize product offerings and identify opportunities for improvement.
Funnel Optimization
- Collaborate with the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) team to analyze data and improve conversion rates across product pages and checkout processes.
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and user flows.
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, AOV) and report findings to stakeholders.
Upsell & Cross-Sell Strategy
- Develop and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize Average Order Value (AOV).
- Implement dynamic product recommendations based on user behavior and purchasing patterns.
- Track performance and refine strategies to improve results.
Website Management
- Oversee updates to website features and ensure seamless integration with marketing campaigns and new product launches.
- Work closely with developers and designers to enhance user experience and website performance.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and recommend feature updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar) to derive actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and CRO methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including paid search, email marketing, and SEO.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling product narratives.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as design, development, and marketing.
