Assistant Controller

What You Will Do

• Participation in our monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process and reporting in a Nasdaq-traded company
• Ensure and adhere to compliance with corporate guidance, procedures, and policies
• Collaborate and liaise with the external audit team during the interim reports reviews and annual audits
• Monitoring and reviewing the accuracy of financial data Documentation of internal controls (SOX)
• Assist in the preparation of the statutory financial statements and tax returns
• Implementation and documentation of new accounting standards (IFRS) Assist with special projects as required
  
  

• CPA with a minimum of 2 years experience in one of the big 4 - a must (post internship)
• Vast experience with IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience with Priority, SAP B1, or NetSuite ERP systems - an advantage.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with analysis and
• Vast knowledge of consolidation of companies.
• Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
