Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Applications Engineer to join our team in Northern Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers, ensuring they achieve optimal performance from our advanced CNC machines and precision engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of CNC machines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct on-site installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in CNC machine operation, programming, and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customers.
